Topical Treatments we've Tried

I thought it'd be a good idea to write out the many different products we have tried, at least the topical ones, even though many have not worked. At least others then know about the many possibilities. One thing that seems to hold true with eczema, is the same thing never works for everyone! It's always so frustrating when someone tells you, "oh just use this, it'll be great," then you try it and it does nothing, or makes it worse. So, I know they mean well, but.....here is our list of things:

Vaseline

Aquaphor

Cetaphil

Eucerin

CeraVe

Vanicream

Bag Balm

Badger Balm: they make corn-free products, yeah!

California Baby Products

over the counter hydrocortisone

Hibiclens in the bath

Bleach baths

Prescriptions:

Hydrocortisone 2.5%

Elidel

Protopic

Triamcinolone

Triamcinolone Nystatin

Nystatin (topical for yeast)

Bactroban

I think that might be all, I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but it's a good chunk of things to try for now....
