Stove-Top Salmon (nothing like actual "Stove Top")

Stove-Top Salmon

1 salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 2-inch strips

1/2 cup amino acids (soy or coconut)*

1 tablespoon organic cane sugar

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if you want spice)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Mix together ingredients, except the salmon, in a small bowl. Place the salmon, skinned and cut into 2-inch strips, in the marinade for about 30 minutes or longer (the flavor will be richer the longer it stays in there). When done marinating, heat up a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon in olive oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until done.

*I shouldn't say either one because I haven't actually used coconut aminos (but I really, really want to!), so if you're using coconut, you may want to play around with the amount first, I'm not sure if it's interchangeable with soy aminos
