We drink a lot of smoothies around here- I don't really measure & am pretty sure we never make the exact same one twice. They're always tasty & the kids drink them right up (& usually ask for seconds). This one was the last remains of our produce- I grocery shop on Wednesdays so by Tuesdays, the fruit & veggies are looking a little bleak around here.
3 ripe bananas
1 mango (I used about a cup frozen mango)
1 handful spinach
almond milk until it's desired consistency (or any other milk you like, or orange or apple juice)
Blend & enjoy!
Note: this is pretty sweet with the bananas, honestly a bit too sweet for me, but the kids like it & don't notice all the spinach in it ;)
