Fresh Salsa

Salsa is a staple in our house. It only takes a minute to whip this up in your blender and it's so fresh tasting. We use canned tomatoes because fresh tomatoes are always expensive here, but you could certainly swap the canned ones out for fresh ones. Whether you want to dip chips in it, top your eggs or other dish with it, or use over meat in the crockpot, it's worth the minute it takes to make. Enjoy!

Fresh Salsa

1- 28 ounce can of tomatoes

1- bunch cilantro

1- jalapeno, seeded

1/2 - onion

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix or blender. Plus until it reaches desired consistency. Add more salt if needed.
