I just heard about this today and I wanted to be sure to share it!!! This recall includes children's Zyrtec and Benadryl, as well as children's Motrin and Tylenol. I checked mine out tonight and one of our Zyrtec's was on the list, but the other Zyrtec is not, neither was our (outdated, sigh....) Benadryl. Please click here for the list and be sure to share the information! I have to say this is really disturbing; I don't like having to give Ry Zyrtec or Benadryl anyway, but sometimes there's no choice. This just makes me dislike it even more. I do find that Zyrtec seems to help him much more than Benadryl, not sure why, but it does. More often than not, neither one makes a difference, unless he actually has hives. We've tried giving him antihistamines daily and tried giving him them at night, but it seems hit or miss with helping lessen the itch. I am sure there is a reason for this, but I have no idea why. I've tried looking into it more, but have never found anything to 'enlighten' me. The bottom line is, just be sure to share this info and link so we can keep our children safe! Wow, the irony in that statement- aren't we giving them the stuff to keep them safe?!?!?
