Burger Bites

This is seriously simple. All we do is mix together burger (venison or lamb) with sea salt, roll into little balls, and cook in coconut oil or palm shortening over medium heat, until done. About 3-5 minutes on each side. Rylee frequently asks for burger bites. Sometimes we mix teff or sorghum flour with water, to make a batter, and cover the cooked burgers in this, cooking for a few minutes until crispy on each side. For this recipe, all you need is: 1-lb. ground burger (venison, lamb, turkey, etc.) sea salt to taste teff or sorghum flour, if you want "tempura" burgers
