1-12 oz bag frozen blueberries
1 cup organic cane sugar
Over medium heat, mix blueberries and sugar until thickened. Enjoy as a syrup or sauce for pancakes, waffles, ice cream, etc.
My mom used to make this for us as kids to top our pancakes with; it's super simple and delicious. I am sure it could probably be made 'sugar-free' (with agave or honey), but I haven't tried that, yet. We don't really have it too often, we actually just recently brought blueberries back into Ry's diet (successfully!).
