Banana Smoothie

Make your monkey's happy and blend up this quick and simple smoothie. It was so good- it disappeared so fast.

Banana Smoothie

1 cup brown rice milk*

6 ice cubes

2 bananas, broken into chunks

1 teaspoon agave

Place rice milk, ice cubes, banana chunks and agave in your blender or Vitamix. Start blending on 1, immediately move to 5 for about 15 seconds, then move to 10 for another 15 seconds. Switch to high until smooth. Enjoy!

*brown rice milk: place 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 2 cups cold water and 1 teaspoon agave in your Vitamix. Start at 1 and slowly increase the speed, until you reach 10. Then switch to high. Blend for about 30 seconds or longer, until it is smooth. Slowly decrease the speed.
