Avocado Ranch Dip

We've been getting an abundance of avocados in our produce box, which has been so nice! We made a dip a few days ago, basically using the same seasonings we use for ranch dressing, and it turned out great. I used canned coconut milk for it, which surprisingly you couldn't taste at all, but you could certainly try another dairy-free milk. Enjoy! 


Avocado Ranch Dip

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup canned coconut milk, or alternative dairy-free milk

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon chives

1 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon herbamare or sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1. Place everything in the Vitamix and blend until at desired consistency. Add more herbs and salt and pepper, if needed.
