Cucumber Salad (dairy & egg-free)
- 1 cup veganaisse (or mayo of choice)
- 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
- 4 cups sliced cucumbers
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
2. Add thinly sliced cucumbers and red onions. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until you eat.
