- 1-pound ground burger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt & pepper, cumin & tajin, to taste (or spices of choice)
- 1/2 head of lettuce
- 1 carrot
- 1 pack 'safe' tortillas
1. Heat medium saucepan, add oil, onions and burger.
2. While cooking, season with spices. Cook until meat is done, add more spices if desired. We like lots of cumin and tajin.
3. Heat tortillas, then place cooked burger in them & top with chopped lettuce, chopped carrots and anything else you like (avocados, tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, jalapenos, salsa, cabbage, etc.)
